• With Cocodema, you can have your orders delivered anywhere in Turkey. For deliveries where you choose the shipping method, we work with "Aras Cargo." Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day.
  • For shipments where you choose the shipping method, the delivery time is 1-3 business days. However, in areas far from city centers, there may occasionally be delays due to the courier service.
  • Although you will be asked to select an approximate delivery day for the shipping method, a 100% guarantee on the delivery date cannot be provided. If the delivery date is critical for you, we recommend choosing the "courier delivery" method.
  • For orders that require fast delivery, have time constraints, or need to be delivered to distant locations within Istanbul on the same day, please contact us at hello@cocodema.com or through the @cocodemaplants Instagram account.
  • If you would like same-day delivery to distant areas via courier, please contact us.
    Distant areas: Adalar, Arnavutköy (district), Başakşehir, Beylikdüzü, Çatalca, Kartal, Küçükçekmece, Pendik, Sancaktepe, Silivri, Sultanbeyli, Sultangazi, Şile, Tuzla.
  • For orders placed before noon with the courier method (Monday to Saturday), delivery will be made by 18:00 on the same day. If you have an urgent order, please reach out to us on Instagram or hello@cocodema.com to send an e-mail. 
  • If you receive a damaged product upon delivery, you must obtain a report from the courier or cargo service before accepting the package. Otherwise, we will not be able to assist you as we cannot reflect this damage to the carrier company.
  • Cocodema Design is not responsible for the loss, theft, or delays of packages caused by the carrier. In such cases, the parties involved will seek compensation from the carrier company for any financial loss.
